Comment from writers in the U.S dealing with extreme heat conditions. We think we have it bad up here in Toronto, but in reality there are areas of the U.S that are desert-like, water is scarce and the combination of cities with so much concrete that acts like heat sinks and cars that pump CO into the air, it’s no wonder that some poeple are getting “hot under the collar”.
